Dance Plus will be at Evolution August 26th, September 2nd and
September 9th from 5:30 - 8:30pm for all your dance wear and shoe needs.

TRIP
Ms. Andrea, Ms. Sonja, Miss Melissa and MIss Jenny are heading to LA
this month to take class at the Edge Performing Arts Cente.
They are looking forward to sharing some new ideas and inspiration
with their students this fall!

on winning the 2010 Manitoba Provincial Dance Festival Junior Jazz scholarship
and second place at the Red River Ex 'Stars of Tomorrow' competition!

COMPETITIVE TEAM AUDITIONS
Competitive team auditions took place Thursday May
27th. If you missed auditions, but are still interested in a

CNDC RESULTS!
Evolution had a phenomenal weekend at the CNDC Winnipeg
Regional Competition! We are so proud of all of our students and
teachers! Evolution won six Overall High Score awards and has seven
dances in the running to compete at the World Tap and Jazz

EXTREME DANCE COMPETITION
Congratulations to Jordan Belanger and Breanna
Goldenberg on your success at the Extreme Dance Competition held in
Winnipeg February 21st. Jordan received Silver for her Hip Hop
solo and Breanna received a Gold for her Jazz solo and Platinum for
her Tap solo. Great job ladies!

Thank you to all of our dancers that took part in the Movie Night
for Alida and the fundraising tea for her the following day. What a
great weekend to honour our special dancer and team mate. We love
you Alida!
LADF
Breanna Goldenberg and Ariana Brown traveled to
Minneapolis to take part in the LADF convention and competition the
first weekend of February. Both girls had a great weekend.
Ariana received first for her Senior Jazz solo and Breanna received
first for both her Teen Tap and Teen Jazz solos, with her Tap solo
winning Teen Regional Champion (overall high teen score).
Ariana also received a two week scholarship to the Edge studio in
Hollywood and Breanna qualified for Studio Scholarship eligibility.
Bravo!
iDANCE CONVENTION
Congratulations to Alyssa Titterton, Rachel Ward,
Amy Iwanoczko and Shianne Crompton for participating in the iDance
Convention in Winnipeg the first weekend of February.
WORLD TAP CHAMPIONSHIPS
Congratulations to Evolution students, Alyssa Titterton,
Amy Iwanoczko and Rachel Ward who were part of Team Canada at the
World Tap Championships in Riesa, Germany! The Junior Formation
brought home the Gold medal in the Junior Tap Formation. Bravo!
Also, congrats to Breanna Goldenberg who was part of the Children's
Team that brought home the Bronze medal! And a special
congratulations on a fantastic performance of your tap solo.
TRIPLE
THREAT DANCE CONVENTION
Congratulations to all students that participated in the
Triple Threat Dance Convention in Winnipeg November 14th and 15th.
Special Congratulations to Jordan Belanger for winning a Convention
Scholarship! We're so proud of you!
WORLD HIP HOP CHAMPIONSHIPS
This past September, four of our students attended the World Hip Hop
Championships in Poland. Congratulations to Ariana Brown, Ceara
Lebedeff, Alex Bauer and Jenessa Harms on a job well done!
